Meghan is a graduate of the renowned Aveda Institute in Minneapolis, home of Aveda's flagship training institute. She is also a licensed esthetician and an Aveda certified regional advanced hair color educator. Meghan specializes in advanced hair color techniques and precision cutting. Meghan has been with Philip Johnson Salon and Spa since July 2007.

Justin is a graduate of Laplante School of Hairstyling. He has been with Philip Johnson Salon for three years. This enthusiastic and sassy hairstylist specializes in the latest most up-to-date trends in hair design. As a precision cutter he has extensive training with Aveda, Altieri Brothers, Matrix and Big Sexy Hair. Justin has also worked in many shows such as Hair Ball.

Jonathan found his passion for hair in Las Vegas and completed cosmetology school in St. Louis. He has competed in several Missouri hair competitions and has participated in local fashion shows and charity events. Jonathan has extended education with Pivot Point, Aveda, Alteri Brothers and Rock Star extensions. He has interests in interior and floral design as well as custom fashion design.

Crystal spent eight years perfecting her skills in California working with Aveda and Tony & Guy before moving to St. Louis. She specializes in hair coloring, chemical services, various extension techniques, platform work and photography design. Crystal has been with Philip Johnson Salon for two years and is an Aveda certified regional advanced hair color educator.

Philip opened the Philip Johnson Salon/Spa in 1992. Having previously trained in London, Amsterdam, and at many educational institutions in the United States, one of Philip's focus is to train and promote his service providers in their career paths. He has been involved in professional organizations locally and nationally and has served as educational director for the Missouri Cosmetology Association.

Melissa is an Aveda trained color specialist and precision cutter. She also enjoys doing trend cuts and bridal parties. Melissa has been with Philip Johnson Salon and Spa for three years and has studied advanced techniques under various Aveda , Alteriri Brothers and Matrix professionals.
