We have an amazing team of dedicated stylists that love each other and love what they do which creates a fun and upbeat atmosphere to work in. Our salon is trendy, upscale and located in a bustling city neighborhood that serves over 15,000 clients annually.

Our team cares about their clients and puts their needs and concerns above everything else. To be part of our team, you have to take your craft seriously and want to continuously grow as a person and a stylist to become excellent at your craft and provide an experience for every guest that exceeds expectations. We want to help you do that! We are committed to making you the best you can be in every way by providing support, education and guidance.

We hire people who love the beauty industry and love making people feel good about themselves. We look for people who won’t be afraid to help guide their clients to their desired outcome through product recommendations and techniques. We want you to be dependable, upbeat and eager to grow. You can’t be afraid to ask for help when you need it and we need you to show up to work looking great (this is the beauty industry after all).

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US

A team of co-workers that feel like family. Support when you’re unsure, judgment-free. Continual and free education both in-salon and out, featuring world-renowned Aveda educators. Along with, mentorship and feedback to help you grow that begins with a scheduled 6-month comprehensive and paid training program.

Every stylist we hire has the opportunity to advance their career very quickly, along with their paycheck. You’ll start out making a competitive hourly rate with commission that advances into a competitive full-commission rate. On top of your hourly/commission rate, you’ll have the opportunity for monthly retail sales bonuses, which can sometimes double your monthly earnings.

We all love getting paid and making money, but extra job perks are always welcome.
