Our salon and spa is trendy, upscale and located in a bustling and fast-growing city neighborhood that serves over 15,000 clients annually.

We look for people who won’t be afraid to help guide their clients to their desired outcomes through product recommendations and techniques. We want you to be dependable, upbeat and eager to grow. You can’t be afraid to ask for help when you need it and we need you to show up to work looking great (this is the beauty industry after all).
WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT FROM US?
You’ll have a team of co-workers that feel like family and support when you’re unsure, judgment-free. You’ll receive continual and free education both in-salon and out, featuring world-renowned Aveda educators and consistent mentorship and feedback to help you grow.
Every stylist we hire has the opportunity to advance their careers very quickly, along with their paycheck. If you’re just starting your in-salon career with us, you’ll start out making a competitive hourly rate with commission that advances into a competitive full-commission rate. You’ll also begin with a 6-month comprehensive and paid training program.
If you’re coming to us with previous experience, you’ll be able to begin on the floor immediately with a full book of clients and will start out at a competitive full-commission rate. On top of your hourly/commission rate, all stylists have the opportunity for monthly retail sales bonuses, which can sometimes double your monthly earnings.
We all love getting paid and making money, but extra job perks are always welcome.
