An experienced stylist with at least 1-2 years of experience.


We hire people who love the beauty industry and love making people feel good about themselves. We look for people who won’t be afraid to help guide their clients to their desired outcome through product recommendations and techniques. We want you to be dependable, upbeat and eager to grow. You can’t be afraid to ask for help when you need it and we need you to show up to work looking great (this is the beauty industry after all).


A team of co-workers that feel like family. You’ll get support when you’re unsure and will never feel judged. You’ll get constant and continual education, mentorship and feedback to help you grow. We provide in-house education as well as classes with guest educators from Aveda. Every stylist we hire has the opportunity to advance their career very quickly, along with their paycheck. You’ll start out making an hourly rate that advances into a competitive commission rate. On top of your hourly/commission rate, you’ll have the opportunity for monthly retail sales bonuses, which can sometimes double your monthly earnings.
