For non-athletes, this helps relieve muscles that consistently cause problems due to poor posture, stress or previous injuries.
Lymphatic drainage massage is a specialized form of massage therapy that aims to stimulate the flow of lymph fluid, which helps remove toxins and waste from the body’s tissues. It’s often recommended post-surgery.
